民族地区乡村治理共同体建设不仅是民族地区乡村治理现代化的关键举措，也是国家治理现代化的重要基石。在“共建共治共享”视域下，数智技术赋能民族地区乡村治理共同体建设蕴含严密的逻辑机理，即以数治平台引领主体“共建”为逻辑前提，以数治方式赋能行动“共治”为核心环节，以数字赋利驱动成果“共享”为价值归宿。数智技术赋能民族地区乡村治理共同体建设要通过数治平台聚合多元主体，筑牢组织根基；利用数治方式引导共治行动，提升运行效能；变革赋利机制实现成果共享，保障持续稳定发展。数智技术赋能民族地区乡村治理共同体建设，有助于构建既充满活力又和谐有序的民族地区乡村社会，为国家治理现代化夯实基层治理根基。

The construction of the community of rural governance in the ethnic areas of China is not only a key measure for advancing the modernization of rural governance in these areas, but also a vital cornerstone for the modernization of our national governance. In the perspective of “shared construction, shared governance and shared prosperity”, it is proved that the construction of the community of rural governance in the ethnic areas empowered by digital and intelligent technologies has a rigorous internal mechanism, with the digital governance platform leading the stakeholder to “shared construction” as the logical premise, and the digital governance model empowering the action of “shared governance” as the core link, and the digital empowerment driving the “sharing” of the fruits as the value orientation. The construction of the community of rural governance in the ethnic areas empowered by digital and intelligent technologies relies on the digital platforms to aggregate multiple stakeholders, build a firm organizational foundation, use digital governance to guide co-governance actions and enhance operational efficiency, change the empowerment mechanism to realize the sharing of the fruits, and safeguard the sustainable and stable development. Digital and intelligent technologies empower the construction of the community of rural governance in the ethnic areas, helping to build vibrant yet harmonious and orderly rural societies in these areas and to lay the solid grassroots foundation for modernizing our national governance.
