民族文化是人类文化重要的组成部分,是世界文化多样性的体现,是民族的身份、象征和民族精神、民族发展的动力源泉。在全球化、工业化、现代化、信息化、城镇化的冲击下,民族文化正以前所未有的速度在消失与消亡。正确分析评价作为文化重要主体的传承人的历史作用与当代生境,实现文化解困,有利于优秀民族文化的抢救、保护与开发、利用,有利于人类在绚烂多彩、生动多样的文化生境中自由、和谐地共处与发展。

Ethnic cultures,an important part of human culture and the embodiment of the pluralism of world culture,represent the identity and spirit of the given nationalities and are the motive force of ethnic development.Under the impact of globalization,industrialization,modernization,informatization and urbanization,ethnic cultures are disappearing at a quicker speed than ever before.A correct evaluation of the historical role of the inheritor of ethnic cultures and his contemporary eco-environment will help overcome difficulties,efficiently save,protect and develop the fine and precious ethnic cultures and propel mankind to live freely in a harmonious and colorful society of cultural diversity.
