农村养老服务供给具有显著的短板效应，如何弥补这一短板还须回到基层社会中探寻治理之道。基于S村田野调查，引入协同治理理论，建构多元主体协同参与的分析框架，探讨养老服务协同供给过程和机理。研究发现，政府政策赋能、多元主体动机耦合及地方社会资本密集，构成个案村养老服务协同供给的初始环境。立足此种环境，以政府行政为引领中心、以村社集体为统筹中心、以市场主体为承接中心、以老年群体为动员中心的组织结构和角色分工得以形成，并经由主体利益协同、行动资源协同、治理机制协同等互动实践，促动养老服务协同供给绩效产出。提供了农村地区通过整合多重机制、置于乡村建设视野来创新养老服务供给模式的有益启示。
Abstract：As the supply of rural aged care services has a significant short-board effect, its solution relies on the governance approaches at the grassroots society. Based on the field investigation in S village in China, this paper adopts the theory of collaborative governance, constructs an analysis framework of collaborative participation of multiple subjects, and discusses the process and mechanism of collaborative supply of aged care services. It concludes that the government empowerment policy, multi-subject motivation coupling and local social capital density constitute the initial environment for the coordinated supply of aged care services in this village. Based on this context, the organizational structure and the division of roles are formed with the government administration as the leadership, the village collective as the coordination center, the market entity as the implementation center, and the elderly group as the focus of mobilization. Through the interactive practices of coordination of the major interest groups, action resources and governance mechanisms, the coordinated supply performance outputs of aged care services are promoted. This case study provides some inspirations for the creation of new aged care services through the integration of multiple mechanisms in the rural area and in the context of rural construction.
