新质生产力作为一种符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态，已成为赋能旅游业高质量发展的核心动力。新型劳动者为旅游业高质量发展提供智力引擎，新型劳动资料为旅游业高质量发展提供动力源泉，新型劳动对象为旅游业高质量发展提供资源基础，新型劳动者、新型劳动资料及新型劳动对象的优化配置为旅游业高质量发展提供全新动能。为充分发挥新质生产力促进旅游业高质量发展的赋能作用，需创新旅游业科技应用场景，加快智慧旅游发展；创新旅游业发展方式，推动旅游业绿色转型；优化旅游业生产要素配置，提升旅游资源利用效率；创新旅游业人才工作机制，加强新型旅游人才队伍建设；构建旅游业新型生产关系，促进旅游业新质生产力发展。

New-quality productivity, an advanced form of productivity that conforms to the new developmental concept, has become the core driving force for empowering the high-quality development of the tourism industry.
