民族村寨作为文化传承与乡村振兴的重要载体,其旅游发展日益受益于数字技术赋能。基于符号学理论,以贵州省西江千户苗寨旅游直播观众为研究对象,采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)对319份有效问卷进行的研究分析发现:(1)民族文化与景观符号感知直接显著提升观众实地旅游意愿;(2)游客符号感知既直接促进观众实地旅游意愿,又通过心流体验产生部分中介作用;(3)语言符号感知需完全通过心流体验的中介作用影响观众实地旅游意愿;(4)心流体验在多元符号影响路径中扮演关键且差异化的中介角色。对此,应通过打造视觉符号数字传播体系、增强游客真实呈现、提升主播叙事能力、整合多元符号资源等策略,将民族村寨旅游直播打造为云端文化体验场景,从而助力文化传播效能、促进可持续发展和民族交往交流交融。
Abstract:Ethnic villages, as vital carriers of cultural inheritance and rural revitalization, increasingly benefit from digital empowerment in their tourism development. Based on a semiotic theory, this study targets the viewers of tourism-targeted livestreams from Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village in Guizhou province as the research object, and analyzes 319 valid questionnaires by using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM). It has the following findings:(1) The perception of ethnic cultures and landscape symbols directly and significantly increases the viewers' on-site tourism intention.(2) The tourists' perception of symbols not only directly promotes viewers' on-site tourism intention, but also plays a partial mediating role through flow experience.(3) The perception of linguistic symbols can only influence viewers' on-site tourism intention through the full mediating role of flow experience.(4) Flow experience plays a key and differentiated mediating role in the means of influence through multiple symbols. Based on these findings, it puts forward the following strategies: building a digital communication system for visual symbols, enhancing the authentic presentation for tourists, improving the storytelling ability of live-streaming hosts, and integrating multi-symbol resources, which aims to develop the tourism-targeted livestreams of ethnic villages into the scenarios of cloud-based cultural experience, help improve the effectiveness of cultural communication, promote sustainable development, and boost ethnic interaction, exchange and integration.
