文章认为社会保障制度与广大人民群众的根本利益息息相关。作者对我国社会保障制度的历史作了回顾后 ,分析了建立完善的社会保障体系与广大人民群众根本利益的关系 ,最后提出加快完善我国社会保障体系的措施
Abstract：The social security system is closely related to the fundamental interests of the people. The author gives a historical review of our social security system, analyses the relationship between the establishment of a perfect social security system and the fundamental interests of the people, and brings up some suggestions and measures to quicken the perfection of our social security system.
