面对日益严重的人口老龄化，我国养老模式面临较大困难和挑战。人口老龄化问题能否得到有效解决与老年人晚年幸福生活息息相关，而新时代下老年人对养老模式有着更高的需求。医养结合嵌入式养老模式在面对现实需要、结合时代发展和人们传统养老观念改变中应运而生，该模式将医疗和养老服务有机地结合起来，让老年人在家附近也能享受到医疗和养老的双重保障，在未来养老模式发展中具有重要的理论和实践意义。该研究通过对上海市医养结合嵌入式养老模式供需两方的可行性和必要性进行分析，将实践与理论研究相结合，明确医养结合嵌入式养老模式的研究意义，分析医养结合嵌入式养老模式目前存在的问题并提出相应对策，为完善医养结合嵌入式养老模式顺利实施提供借鉴。
Abstract：In the face of an increasingly serious ageing population, China's aged care model is facing great difficulties and challenges. The effective solution to the problems of the ageing population is closely related to the life well-being of the aged. In this new era, with the aged having a higher level of demand on the aged care model, the embedded model of integrating medical care with nursing care for the aged has emerged for satisfying the people's real needs, the historical development and the changes in people's traditional perceptions of ageing. This model integrates medical and nursing care services, allowing the aged to obtain both medical and nursing care services near their home, which has much theoretical and practical significance in the development of the aged care models. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the embedded model of integrating medical care with nursing care for the aged in Shanghai in the perspective of both supply and demand. By integrating the practical approaches and theoretical research, this paper clarifies the significance of this model for the aged, discusses the existing problems and proposes the corresponding countermeasures so as to improve the smooth implementation of this model in the future.
