铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作体制包括领导体制、管理体制、合作体制、参与体制，工作机制包括组织领导机制、宣传教育机制、主体协调机制、督查考核机制。目前，铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作体制机制建设在地方的民族工作、主体协同关系、督查考核、教育资源开发利用等方面仍有不足。未来要进一步健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作的党委领导体制机制，构筑工作保障体系，强化责任主体协调，构建宣传教育常态化机制，推动民族地区各项建设落实主线要求，创新城市工作模式，从而为铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作提供坚实保障。

The working systems for enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation include the leadership system, the management system, the cooperation system, and the participation system, while the working mechanisms comprise the organizational leadership mechanism, the publicity and education mechanism, the coordination mechanism of multiple distinct subjects, and the supervision and assessment mechanism. At present, there are deficiencies in the construction of the working systems and mechanisms for enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation in the local ethnic work, the collaborative relationships among multiple distinct subjects, the supervision and assessment, and the development and utilization of education resources. In the future, it is essential to improve the working systems and mechanisms for the leadership of the Party Committee, establish a support system, foster collaboration between responsible entities, create a regular mechanism for publicity and education, promote the implementation of the main requirements in various work fields in the ethnic minority regions, and innovate the urban working models, thereby providing a solid support for the work of enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation.
