我国西南边疆民族地区地形地貌复杂，气候变化多端，气象灾害时有发生。当地各民族按天象和物象变化，积累了以物候预测和季候分类为经验表征的气象灾害预测的地方性知识。这一地方性知识在地方情境空间中既体现出各民族对气象灾害预测信息获知和时间管理模式的地方认同，也体现出其对古已有之的节气知识的传承性运用。西南边疆民族地区气象灾害预测的经验表征、地方认同与文化交融对传承中华民族气象文化和铸牢中华民族共同体意识皆有重要的价值。

There are varieties of terrains and landforms in the ethnic minority borderlands in southwestern China with the constantly changing climates that result in frequently meteorological disasters. According to the changes in celestial and physical phenomena, the local ethnic groups have accumulated the local knowledge of the meteorological disaster prediction based on phenological prediction and seasonal classification as their empirical characterization. This knowledge not only reflects the local identity of the ethnic groups in obtaining meteorological disaster prevention information and time management models in the local situational context, but also reflects its inheritance and application of the knowledge of solar terms since ancient times. The empirical characterization, local identity and cultural integration of the meteorological disaster prediction in the ethnic minority borderlands in southwestern China are of great significance in inheriting the meteorological culture of the Chinese nation and enhancing the sense of the community of the Chinese nation.
