体育赛事作为一种当代社会普遍存在的社会文化实践，具有高度组织化、仪式化、情感卷入度深的特点。基于互动仪式链理论可以构建一个整合性的分析框架：阐释体育赛事铸牢中华民族共同体意识的能动过程，即体育赛事借助身体/虚拟共在、边界设定与共同焦点引导，建构促进各民族交往交流交融的仪式性情境；进而通过情感连带与反馈循环，将赛事激发的集体兴奋沉淀为可持续的情感能量，驱动持久认同的形成；从而推动赛事核心元素升华为共享的象征符号，使抽象的中华民族共同体意识得以具象化、融入日常生活并实现代际传递——依据这样的递进过程，可以从情境构建、情感激发与符号拓展三个维度探寻实践路径：着力情境构建，开展空间整合与仪式创设，将赛事中的各类仪式转化为展演中华民族共同体命运、传递集体主义价值、激发参与者共有情感的载体；聚焦情感激发，借助唤醒集体记忆与开展“聚焦式互动”,设计导向持久认同的情感链路；拓展赛事共同体共享的中华文化符号，做好赛事符号意义阐释，推动赛事符号融入日常、深入人心。

As a social and cultural practice prevalent in contemporary society, sports events are characterized by high-level organization, ritualization and deep emotional involvement. Based on the interactive ritual chain theory, this paper constructs an integrative analytical framework to explain the active process of enhancing the sense of the community of the Chinese nation through sports events, that is, sports events construct ritual situations that foster interactions, exchanges, and integration among different ethnic groups by leveraging physical/virtual coexistence, boundary setting, and the guidance of shared focus. Then, through the emotional linkage and feedback cycle, the collective excitement stimulated by the sports events is settled into sustainable emotional energy, which drives the formation of a lasting identity. This process elevates the core elements of the sports events into shared symbolic representations, making the abstract consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation tangible, integrating it into our daily life, and enabling its intergenerational transmission. Based on this progressive process, practical approaches can be explored through three dimensions: situational construction, emotional engagement and symbolic expansion. Specifically, efforts should focus on the contextual construction by integrating spaces and creating rituals, transforming various ceremonial elements in sports events into vehicles that showcase the shared destiny of the Chinese nation, convey collectivist values, and evoke participants' common emotions. Efforts should also focus on emotional arousal by awakening collective memory and conducting “focused interactions”, thereby designing an emotional pathway that leads to lasting identification. Additionally, efforts should be made to expand the shared Chinese cultural symbols within the community of sports events, provide meaningful interpretations of these symbols and promote their integration into the daily life and hearts of the people.
